From a Small Village
to IT Leadership
Awinash Dosalwar was born and raised in Wannali, a small village in Nanded district, Maharashtra. Growing up in a resource-constrained rural setting, he developed an early interest in computers and technology — a curiosity that would define the course of his life. He completed his schooling in Nanded before going on to earn a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science, establishing a solid academic foundation in software engineering, data structures, and systems architecture.
Over 13+ years, I built deep hands-on experience across system design, development, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, cloud implementation, database management, and delivery management, working with diverse global teams on complex enterprise solutions.
When I moved to Hyderabad, I noticed that talented professionals were struggling — not because they lacked skills, but because they lacked proper guidance, an ATS-ready resume, and a structured interview strategy. That gap bothered me.
