Program Fees: All program fees will be communicated clearly before enrollment confirmation. Fees are subject to change for new batches; existing enrolled students will not be affected mid-program.
Payment: Full payment or agreed installment amounts must be received before program access is granted, unless a specific payment plan has been agreed upon in writing.
Refund Policy:
- Before program start: Full refund if cancellation is requested more than 7 days before the program start date

Program Content & Delivery
AMD Academy will make reasonable efforts to deliver programs as described, including scheduled sessions, course materials, and support. However:
- Session schedules may be adjusted due to instructor availability, technical issues, or public holidays — students will be notified in advance
- Course content may be updated periodically to reflect industry changes and exam updates
- Recorded sessions are provided for personal study only and must not be shared, redistributed, or published
- Access to recordings and materials is granted for the period specified at enrollment and may not be transferred
AMD Academy does not guarantee that any specific outcome (such as passing a certification exam) will be achieved, as results depend on individual effort, preparation, and performance.
Section 06
Placement Assistance
AMD Academy provides placement assistance as a value-added service. While we make every effort to support your job search, the following applies:
- Placement assistance is provided on a best-effort basis and does not guarantee employment
- Our advertised placement rate (98%) reflects historical outcomes and is not a guarantee of individual results
- Job placement depends on your skills, performance, market conditions, and employer decisions — factors beyond AMD Academy's control
- Students must actively participate in placement activities, attend mock interviews, and maintain professional conduct
- AMD Academy is not liable for any salary, job title, or role expectations that are not fulfilled
Our Commitment: We will provide resume support, interview preparation, referrals to hiring partners, and job search guidance as part of our placement assistance program.
