Refund Policy
We believe in complete transparency when it comes to fees and refunds. Please read this policy carefully before enrolling in any AMD Academy program.

Section 01
General Refund Conditions
AMD Academy is committed to delivering high-quality IT career training and services. We understand that circumstances may change, and we have designed a fair refund policy in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 of India.
The following conditions apply to all refund requests:
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@amdacademy.co.in
- The date of the written refund request determines which refund tier applies
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method only
- All refund decisions by AMD Academy are final after the review process
- Partial use of services does not entitle a student to a pro-rata refund unless specified below
Our Promise: We will always treat refund requests fairly, honestly, and in accordance with this policy. If you have any concerns, please contact us directly before initiating a formal request.

Refund Schedule by Service
The following refund schedule applies to all AMD Academy programs and services:

Note on Resume Services: Once our team has begun work on your resume (including research, drafting, or gathering information), the service is considered partially delivered and a refund cannot be issued.
Section 03
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- Student fails to attend sessions without prior written notice
- Student is removed from the program due to misconduct or violation of our Terms & Conditions
- Student fails to pass a certification exam — exam outcomes are outside AMD Academy's control
- Student does not receive a job offer through placement assistance — employment outcomes depend on many external factors
- Dissatisfaction with the difficulty level of course content after more than 3 sessions
- Change of personal circumstances (relocation, job change, etc.) after the refund window has passed
- Requests made after the applicable refund window has closed
Important: AMD Academy does not guarantee certification exam success or job placement as outcomes. Refunds are not available on the basis of these outcomes not being achieved.
Section 04
How to Request a Refund
To submit a refund request, please follow these steps:

Send an Email
Email us at info@amdacademy.co.in with the subject line: "Refund Request — [Your Full Name]"

Include the Following Details
Your full name, registered phone number, enrolled program/service name, payment date, reason for refund request, and any supporting information.

Await Confirmation
Our team will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and review your eligibility based on this policy.

Refund Decision
You will receive a final decision within 5 business days of your request. If approved, the refund will be processed within the timeline stated in Section 5.
Section 05
Refund Processing Timeline
Once a refund is approved by AMD Academy, processing times are as follows:
- UPI / Bank Transfer: 5–7 business days
- Credit / Debit Card: 7–10 business days (depends on your bank's processing time)
- Net Banking: 5–7 business days
- Other Payment Methods: Up to 14 business days
Note: Refunds are processed to the original payment method only. AMD Academy cannot transfer refunds to a different bank account or payment method than the one used for the original transaction.
Section 06
Program Cancellation by AMD Academy
In the unlikely event that AMD Academy cancels or significantly changes a program after enrollment, the following applies:
- Program Cancelled: A full 100% refund will be issued to all enrolled students within 7 business days
- Significant Schedule Change: Students who cannot accommodate the new schedule may request a full refund within 7 days of notification
- Instructor Change: AMD Academy reserves the right to change instructors without triggering a refund obligation, as we ensure all instructors meet our quality standards
- Technical Issues: If sessions are disrupted due to technical issues on AMD Academy's side, makeup sessions will be arranged at no additional cost
Section 07
Rescheduling & Transfers
If you are unable to continue with your current batch, we offer the following alternatives to a refund:
- Batch Transfer: You may transfer to a future batch of the same program once at no additional charge, subject to availability. Requests must be made at least 3 days before your current batch starts
- Program Credit: Instead of a cash refund, you may opt for AMD Academy credit of equivalent value, valid for 6 months, applicable towards any other service
- Session Deferment: Individual session rescheduling may be accommodated with at least 24 hours notice, subject to instructor availability
Tip: If you're facing difficulties continuing, contact us before requesting a refund — we may be able to find a flexible arrangement that works for you.
Section 08
Disputes & Grievance Redressal
If you are not satisfied with our refund decision, you may escalate your concern through the following process:
- Step 1: Contact us at info@amdacademy.co.in or to discuss the matter directly
- Step 2: If unresolved within 15 business days, you may file a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) at 1800-11-4000 or via consumerhelpline.gov.in
- Step 3: Disputes not resolved amicably shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India
